South Africa Wine Dinner

South Africa Wine Dinner: Friday, March 16th, 6:30pm

Chef & the Farmer is excited to welcome back Zingo, the Purveyor of Cape Classics Imports! This will be a dynamite dinner and presentation that you will not want to miss – purchase your tickets today.

1st Course
Root vegetable carpaccio (beets, turnips, radish) marinated black lentils, pickled sunchokes, haloumi, peanuts.

2nd Course
Beef Kabobs (marinated in balsamic and an abundance of African spices) with preserved figs, basil, harissa tabbouleh.  

3rd Course
Smoked Pork Laulau wrapped in blanched collards, dirty hoppin john. 

4th Course
Smoked mousse with dehydrated and brulee bananas, hazelnut ganache, meringue, toasted hazelnuts.

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.  Your purchase confirmation will serve as your ticket.

Dinner starts promptly at 6:30 pm. Communal seating in The Gallery Room at Chef & the Farmer.
