Shipping & Returns
Place orders by midnight on December 19th, 2018 for Christmas Delivery. Severe weather, postal carriers, and Acts of God may cause delays.
Processing and delivery of each order is expected to take 5-7 business days.
All items shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be returned within 10 days by the original purchaser for a full refund.
For items that are not damaged or otherwise defective, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping & handling fees.
The customer should contact email@example.com to request a return authorization.
All original packaging/materials are to be returned with the product in original condition.
Upon receipt of a return item, it will be inspected and a credit or refund will issued.
Any products that have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery during holidays.
