Shipping & Returns

 

  • Place orders by midnight on December 19th, 2018 for Christmas Delivery. Severe weather, postal carriers, and Acts of God may cause delays.

  • Processing and delivery of each order is expected to take 5-7 business days.

  • All items shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be returned within 10 days by the original purchaser for a full refund.

  • For items that are not damaged or otherwise defective, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping & handling fees.

  • The customer should contact helpinghands@chefandthefarmer.com to request a return authorization.

  • All original packaging/materials are to be returned with the product in original condition.

  • Upon receipt of a return item, it will be inspected and a credit or refund will issued.

  • Any products that have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

  • Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery during holidays.

  • We are unable to accept international orders at this time.
