Shipping & Returns
- Place orders by midnight on December 15th for Christmas Delivery. Severe weather, postal carriers, and Acts of God may cause delays.
- Processing and delivery of each order is expected to take 5-7 business days.
- All items shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be returned within 10 days by the original purchaser for a full refund.
- For items that are not damaged or otherwise defective, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping & handling fees.
- The customer should contact email@example.com to request a return authorization.
- All original packaging/materials are to be returned with the product in original condition.
- Upon receipt of a return item, it will be inspected and a credit or refund will issued.
- Any products that have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
- Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery during holidays.
