I think every town needs a restaurant like the Boiler Room. Growing up, my parents took me to Eastern Carolina’s oyster bars far more than I liked. While Mom and Dad mowed down steamed oysters, slaw and saltines, I pouted about not having anything I wanted to eat. Out of that memory, the Boiler Room was born. Oysters, burgers and beer. Something for everyone – even a grumpy kid.

All steamed oysters are served with citrus-garlic butter, cocktail sauce and house-made saltines. We source our oysters primarily from North Carolina & the Chesapeake Bay.
