Join Vivian for her signature culinary experience at the bar around her kitchen. This 7-course tasting menu has limited capacity and includes gratuity. Wine pairings and beverages are available a la carte. Tickets are required in advance.
Chef New
The updated weekly dinner format at Chef & the Farmer offers diners a you-choose prix-fixe menu that rotates weekly for an approachable price point. As an homage to one of her favorite restaurants, Chez Nous in Charleston, whose menu consists of 6 rotating daily items, Vivian has nicknamed this era of the main dining room “Chef New.” Wine pairings and beverages can be purchased a la carte, and reservations are required (for now).
The Counter
Vivian’s vibrant take on casual, convenient, craveable Southern food that highlights the seasonal bounty of Eastern North Carolina. The come-as-you-are, counter-service concept offers a stream-lined menu that balances her spin on crave-worthy classics, like Blueberry BBQ Chicken, with vegetable-forward dishes like the seasonal Viv’s Favorite Salad. Open for lunch Thursday-Sunday, walk-in only.
